Quick Start Guide

1. Connect Your Domain

Set up your domain and access your Joynt Admin.

  • Complete domain setup
  • Access your environments: https://www.[domain].[ext]/studio test.[domain].[ext]/studio
  • Log in with your provided credentials

2. Configure Your Store

Quick setup: Add your store and create your menu.

  • Add your store location
  • Set up your site template
  • Create your menu structure
  • Configure devices:
    • Kiosks
    • TV displays

3. Test and Launch

Verify everything works and go live.

  • Test in your test environment first

Working in Joynt Admin

Your workspace is organized into three columns for easy navigation and configuration:

Start by choosing what type of content you want to configure:

Building Your Menu Items

Product Groups, Discount Groups, Product Search, and External Links can be assigned to either buttons or banners depending on your use case. See how each navigation type can be configured in the examples below:

Product Search

Create a customized product collection by setting search and filter criteria

Examples:

Button Example:

"Top Shelf Flower under $40"

Filters:

  • Category: Flower
  • THC: > 25%
  • Price: < $40/eighth

Banner Example:

"High CBD Products"

Filters:

  • CBD: > 10%
  • Sort by: CBD content (high to low)

Product Groups

Combine existing Treez product groups into a single menu item

Discount Groups

Display products with active Treez discount groups

Information-Only Banners

Create banners that display important announcements (Set URL to #):

  • Free Customer Parking Available in Rear Lot
  • Closed July 1-4 for Renovations
  • State System Down - Limited Menu Available

Pro Tip: Product Search and External Links can be set up at the site level for use across all locations, or configured at individual locations for more flexibility. Location settings always take priority.

Note: When using discounts in banners, apply discount groups to product groups in Treez rather than using cart-level discounts.
